Reserve your spot at the Feria Internacional del Libro
November 29 to December 7, 2025 at EXPO Guadalajara.
Pay a minimum of $50 to reserve your spot. Remaining balance can be paid in payments or in full. Please email awards@empoweringlatinofutures.org to receive an invoice for the balance.
This year (2025), we will have a booth six times the size of our 2023 FIL booth and three times larger than in 2024—because this is such an important event.
If your book is in Spanish or bilingual, this is the event for you. It is a sales-focused event designed to connect your book with readers.
You will receive:
Six hours of scheduled time slots at the booth.
One speaking slot, if you would like one.
Display and managed sales opportunities for up to three titles. This means someone will oversee the sale of your books even when you’re not present. For managed sales, you must be signed up and submit all required forms by September 30, 2025.
If you would like to display and sell more than three titles, please contact Kirk directly.
One featured book placement on a special table for at least one hour.
Most authors choose to attend for two to four days. The earlier you sign up, the more likely you are to receive your preferred time slots.
Note: This cost does not include the fee to register as a professional for the Book Festival. That fee is approximately $55 and is best handled individually, so your badge includes your name.

Este año (2025), tendremos un stand seis veces más grande que el de la FIL 2023 y tres veces más grande que el de 2024, porque este es un evento verdaderamente importante.
Si tu libro está en español o es bilingüe, este es el evento ideal para ti. Es un evento centrado en las ventas, diseñado para conectar tu libro con lectores.
Tendrás acceso a lo siguiente:
Seis horas de turnos asignados en el stand.
Un espacio para dar una charla, si así lo deseas.
Oportunidades de exhibición y ventas gestionadas para hasta tres títulos. Esto significa que alguien se encargará de vender tus libros incluso cuando no estés presente. Para la gestión de ventas, debes inscribirte y enviar todos los formularios requeridos antes del 30 de septiembre de 2025.

Un espacio destacado para uno de tus libros en una mesa especial durante al menos una hora.
La mayoría de los autores optan por asistir de dos a cuatro días. Cuanto antes te inscribas, más posibilidades tendrás de recibir los horarios que prefieras.
Nota: Este costo no incluye la tarifa de registro como profesional en el Festival del Libro. Esa tarifa es de aproximadamente $55 y se recomienda que cada autor la gestione de forma individual para que su gafete lleve su propio nombre.
